Once you place a Click-to-Call on a web page, in your blog, in an email signature or even in a banner, your customers simply click and enter their phone number. Click-to-Call then dials the customer’s phone and immediately connects them to your business. Because they enter the phone number of their choice (business, home, mobile, etc.), they don’t need any special software or equipment hooked up to their machines. Ifbyphone additionally offers Phone-Me-Now, a service that allows you to embed zero-configuration Click-to-Call links in your emails, Microsoft Office documents and PDFs.
Smart Click-to-Call Does More
A Click-to-Call is not limited to connecting your customers to a telephone number within your business. Your Click-to destinations can be easily configured to vary based on a schedule. Schedules may include up to ten different destinations based on the day of the week and hour of the day. Clicks can also be configured to go to Find Me lists, Voicemail boxes, Auto Attendants, custom voice applications, and even ordinary telephone numbers.
Click-to-Call w/ info allows a user to effectively present a Web site visitor with a pop-up box for the purpose of capturing their telephone number and any additional information. The format of the dialog form is controlled completely by you, in that you can add any number of fields, headers and text blocks. You can even "whisper" information in order to screen calls. When configured to "whisper," the Click-to-Call relays the information to the call recipient before the call is transferred. The recipient has the option of not taking the call after hearing the information. Note that information can be collected for reporting purposes regardless of whether or not the whisper feature is turned on.
Detailed Call Tracking
Ifbyphone also provides you with a complete toolset for analyzing all of your Click-to-Calls. SurVos can be connected directly to web sites and callers through an Ifbyphone Smart Click-to-Call. Site visitors simply click the link, and are directly connected to the SurVo voice form when their phone rings. From here, they can answer Yes/No, multiple choice, numeric and open-ended questions. The data will then be collected by Ifbyphone's system and stored for convenient online or offline viewing.
