Ifbyphone Find Me enables you to create a list of telephone numbers where you can be contacted around the clock. You can also add numbers to your Find Me list that forward calls to your co-workers, managers, reps and assistants. So, the next time you’re out of the office, you can be rest assured that clients will be directed to the appropriate person, department and phone number, based on the order you set. In the example below, phone numbers have been added to the Find Me list so that the caller is routed until a Customer Service Representative answers the call. The system will try each phone number three times and then transfer the caller to a Voice Mailbox.

When your clients call you via a Smart Click-to-Call or a toll-free number, Ifbyphone automatically dials each of your listed numbers until you or someone within your company answers. In preparation for the event that no one is available at any of the numbers programmed in your Find Me list, add a Voice Mailbox, so that you can retrieve your messages from any phone or via Email messaging.
