You can easily retrieve your messages from any telephone or listen to your voice mail on your computer from our web site or with your email client. The screenshot below is an example of an email received with a voicemail message attached in a WAV file format.

Plus, Ifbyphone Voice Mail can be appended to a Find Me list, which enables your customers to leave a message after trying to reach you at all your telephone numbers. In the event that you’re going to be absent from work or out on vacation, simply leave a temporary absence greeting for your customers on your voice mail, and remove it when you return. When setting up a Voicemail box like the one in the screenshot below, simply provide the box's name, a unique PIN number and your email address to get started. We'll do the rest from there!
